HUMAN first, then a proud IRANIAN

This blog represents the way I see some of the most significant events impacting the world and its citizens. This blog also represents how I react to the events as a member of humanity with a voice, a determined voice that insists to be heard. The voice of an Iranian who loves his country but his priority is humanity; humanity without border. I will say what I want to say, when I want to say it, and how I want to say it, but I will never lie. I will also listen; I promise.

Enjoy "bast*rds"

Enjoy you little "Proud" American Soldier and share that enjoyment with your "Proud" American General. Enjoy "bast*rds".

"World Trade Center"? Directly by your own barbarism and/or indirectly by unleashing the pit bull called Israel, you do it to the world everyday.

I will never forget these photos.

Israel has declared war on humanity

To those jerks who say Israel does not deliberately kill civilians:

More than 54 civilians, at least 34 of them children, die in Lebanon in Israel's deadliest strike of the conflict.
Who cares if this is deliberate or not (although I do believe it is), the fact is that these casualties are direct results of barbaric and massive bombarments of the civilian populated areas. I wish I could spit on the faces of each one of you bastards.

May God have mercy on the children. They came here to escape the fighting - Qana survivor.
Imagine! They had come to escape the fighting...
All these Israeli barabarism is just pushing me towards adapting the belief that Israel IS indeed a cancer tomour for humanity. The more these policies of Israel continue, the more this increasing anti-Israeli feeling will be shared by millions of people around the world. Perhaps, step by step, Israel is digging its own grave.

Lebanon: the other side of the story

Now, watch Hezbullah's view on the conflicts and the root causes of the conflict. This is through an interview with a former US ambassador, Edward Peck (beginning at Minute 18 of the clip). In the clip you can also find out about Edward Peck's opinion about the issue.
In 1985, when I was the Deputy Director of the Reagan White House Task Force on Terrorism, they asked us -- this is a Cabinet Task Force on Terrorism; I was the Deputy Director of the working group -- they asked us to come up with a definition of terrorism that could be used throughout the government. We produced about six, and each and every case, they were rejected, because careful reading would indicate that our own country had been involved in some of those activities.
As you will see, it was the Israeli occupation of southern Lebanon which resulted in creation of Hezbullah.

|

Criminalizing civilians, and then justifying the killings

Look at this logic: since Israel has asked civilians to leave, any that disobeyed have forfeited their status as civilians. Because the United States and its British followers have blocked the resolution to stop the killing, Israel will continue until Hezbollah "is no longer present." But remember Hezbollah has been redefined to include all those "still in south Lebanon." This crude logic renders all the people of southern Lebanon hominus sacres.
This seems to become quite true especially after the Israeli "Justice" Minister stated that in order to prevent casualties among Israeli soldiers battling Hezbollah militants in southern Lebanon, villages should be flattened by the Israeli air force before ground troops moved in. He also added that Israel had given the civilians of southern Lebanon ample time to quit the area and therefore anyone still remaining there could be considered a Hezbollah supporter as he said:
All those now in south Lebanon are terrorists who are related in some way to Hezbollah.

That means if you are 70 years old and have lived in your village all your life and with years of efforts have built a little roof over the heads of your family members and your house is only that you have in your life and you just can't let it go, you must die by the Israeli new versionholocaustaust. What a bastard!

It's hard to believe that Israel continuednued been degraded so much to the level that it is in the same path of what Nazis did to millions of people including Jewish people; this time however the victims are Lebanese and Palestinians.

Belgian Jewish Leader: Israel Committing War Crimes

Jewish associations have begun to react against the Israeli offensive into Lebanon. Head of the Union of Belgian Jewish Progressives (UPJB) Dr. Jacques Ravedovitch stated that Israel is committing war crimes in Lebanon. ..... while former Israeli Prime Minister Ariel Sharon committed indirect war crimes, current Prime Minister Ehud Olmert is unquestionably a war criminal.

He also said:
It is a shame that Jews who were once exposed to the holocaust are doing the same evil things against another nation today.
That's almost what I've been saying about Israel all along.

Dr. Ravedovitch also said:
“Resistance in Palestine and Lebanon is justified. Israel is an invader. I do not approve of Hamas killing innocent people, but I defend that if there are invaders there will be resistance at the same time. What Israel is doing in Lebanon is terror.”

Israel and "the USS Liberty"

While, in its crimes agianst the People of Lebanon as well as the Palestinians, Israel is being unconditionally backed by the US, it is not a bad idea to remember that same Israel was behind the attcak on the USS Liberty in 1967, killing many and serioudsy wounding hundreds of its crew members:
...At 1424 hrs, three Israeli torpedo boats attacked, raking the burning 'Liberty' with 20mm and 40mm shells. At 1431hrs an Israeli torpedo hit the 'Liberty' midship, precisely where the signals intelligence systems were located. Twenty-five more Americans died.
Israeli gunboats circled the wounded 'Liberty,' firing at crewmen trying to fight the fires. At 1515, the crew were ordered to abandon ship. The Israeli warships closed and poured machine gun fire into the crowded life rafts, sinking two. As American sailors were being massacred in cold blood, a rescue mission by US Sixth Fleet carrier aircraft was mysteriously aborted on orders from the White House.... .
Not surprisingly, Americans were never really told what had happened to "the USS Liberty".

Unethical main stream media

Lsitening to the news on radio:

Today Israel bombed ..."such place".. in Gaza strip killing 19; eight of them militants.
So what happened to the other eleven? Why not giving priority to report that "eleven of them civilians"? Of course later on, I learned 3 were children.

Since not everybody is stupid and some people can actually think (unlike some of my "guests" in this blog) and get angered by this way of unethical reporting by the main stream north American media, THAT'S how hatred is created and the fire of hatred is fanned.

Almost every single word on the main stream media is, one way or another, designed to justify Israel's criminal aggressions.

Iranian issues, Iranian business

Iranian dissident Akbar Ganji declined to meet White House officials during a visit to the US, he has told the BBC.
Mr Ganji said he had been invited to discuss the current situation in Iran. The White House declined to comment.
He said he rejected the offer because he believed current US policies could not help promote democracy in Iran.
Great! promote democracy for Iran without becoming a tool in the hands of the criminals of the White House; Good for you Mr. Ganji

Idealogically, Israel is occupying the North American media

Through the voices of scholars, media critics, peace activists, religious figures, and Middle East experts, Peace, Propaganda & the Promised Land carefully analyzes and explains how--through the use of language, framing and context--the Israeli occupation of the West Bank and Gaza remains hidden in the news media, and Israeli colonization of the occupied terrorities appears to be a defensive move rather than an offensive one.

Shall never be forgotten

18 years ago on July 3rd, the US navy warship, USS Vincenne fired a missile and shot down an Iranian Passenger airplane which was on its routine corridor from Iran to United Arab Emarats over the waters of the Persian Gulf killing all the 298 civilian passengers, many of whom children. I shall never forget that day and I shall never forget the scenes of collecting the shattered and scattered bodies of the children from water. Beautiful blue Persian Gulf turned red that day.

Every year in the anniversary of bombing of Pan Am 103 in December, western media rightfully repeats the stories of the shattered lives and hopes of those innocent mostly Americans who were perished by the bombing, but in the anniversary of downing of the Iranian airliner by the state terrorism of the United States, they choose a deadly silence that is rooted in their racism and double standards. The double standard that continues rotting the professionalism and ethics they are supposed to have but always fail to.

Celebrate 4th of July by putting away the flags

On this July 4, we would do well to renounce nationalism and all its symbols:
its flags, its pledges of allegiance, its anthems, its insistence in song that
God must single out America to be blessed.
Is not nationalism -- that devotion to a flag, an anthem, a boundary so fierce it engenders mass murder -- one of the great evils of our time, along with racism, along with religious hatred?....

....We invaded Cuba in 1898 to liberate the Cubans, and went to war in the Philippines shortly after, as President McKinley put it, "to civilize and Christianize" the Filipino people.
As our armies were committing massacres in the Philippines (at least 600,000 Filipinos died in a few years
of conflict), Elihu Root, our secretary of war, was saying: "The American
soldier is different from all other soldiers of all other countries since
the war began. He is the advance guard of liberty and justice, of law and
order, and of peace and happiness."
We see in Iraq that our soldiers are not different. They have, perhaps against their better nature, killed thousands of Iraq civilians. And some soldiers have shown themselves capable of brutality, of torture.Yet they are victims, too, of our government's lies....
....We need to assert our allegiance to the human race, and not to any one nation.

On that note, Happy 4th of July, the US Independence Day, to those decent Americans who respect the independence of other nations as much as their own.

Ex-U.S. Marine: I Killed Civilians in Iraq

Sometime ago, a commenter who says he has been to Iraq as part of the US forces (and I'm not saying he hasn't been), brought up an example of good behavior by one of the US forces in Iraq and said that he himself witnessed it. Although I never dispute the fact that there are occasions of good and humane behavior from some US forces in Iraq, these so called examples do not change the fact that the US's invasion of Iraq has resulted in the misery and devastation for the people of Iraq. Having said that, first I have to make it clear that the invasion of Iraq by itself was the biggest crime that could have been committed and the US leaders are the main guilty factors in all this, but in lower scales, there has also been numerous examples of crimes committed by the US forces in Iraq, the crimes that have been swept under the carpet, unless they were clearly exposed and as a result the US was forced to address them, even if not sufficiently.

Jimmy Massey, 12 year Marine veteran has witnessed and even participated in the killing of civilians by the US forces in many occasions. Read or watch what Jimmy Massey has to say.

A message from Jimmy massey to other US Marines:
I'd just like to say to the Marines, you did a great job. You did what your country asked you to do. Unfortunately, the rules of engagement and the Geneva Convention weren't used. But it's up to you to look within your heart and do the right thing. You know who you are. Don't be scared. Come out. The American public, they need to know. You're not the only one. There are other people out there that can help you to heal. There are other people out there that can help you to get on with your life. Don't feel ashamed. Don't feel embarrassed. Did you a great job, however, you know, the Command -- they didn't give you the right tools for you to carry on with your mission. Just do the right thing, marines.

Lessons of the past propagandists, Now used by the US leaders

Of course the people don't want war. But after all, it's the leaders of the country who determine the policy, and it's always a simple matter to drag the people along whether it's a democracy, a fascist dictatorship, or a parliament, or a communist dictatorship. Voice or no voice, the people can always be brought to the bidding of the leaders. That is easy. All you have to do is tell them they are being attacked, and denounce the pacifists for lack of patriotism, and exposing the country to greater danger.
Nazi Propagandist, Herman Goering at the Nuremberg trials.

And further back in the history:

Beware the leader who bangs the drums of war in order to whip the citizenry into a patriotic fervor, for patriotism is indeed a double-edged sword. It both emboldens the blood, just as it narrows the mind. And when the drums of war have reached a fever pitch and the blood boils with hate and the mind has closed, the leader will have no need in seizing the rights of the citizenry. Rather, the citizenry, infused with fear and blinded by patriotism, will offer up all of their rights unto the leader and gladly so. How do I know? For this is what I have done. And I am Caesar.

Can you sense the similaries to what is happening today?

Let's hope one day we see George Bush and his gang of international criminals along with many other criminal leaders of the world, including my own, stand trial for the crimes they have committed against human dignity and lives.
